Delete your Zahrah Pets account

Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open the Zahrah Pets app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Your Account.
- Scroll to Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Option 2: by email
Send an email from your registered email address to admin@alzahrah.ae with the subject “Delete my Zahrah Pets account”. We will confirm and complete the request within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your app and website login (you will be signed out on all devices)
- Your profile and contact details, saved lists and wishlist
- Saved login tokens on your devices
What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices, orders, credit notes and payment records: kept for at least 5 years (up to 7 years), as UAE tax law requires.
- Wholesale application documents: kept only as long as the law requires.
